I've already tried IMU calibration in a perfectly leveled surface and recalibrated the gimbal. It's not off by a lot but enough to bother me. Is there anything else I can try? What else should I do if either of those things don't work?

Was the Gimbal Roll setting set to zero when you did the Gimbal calibration and IMU or need to be set to zero? Just a thought.

Are you on the latest firmware?
And when you set the gimbal roll, is the camera straight when you power it up again, or do you have to reset the roll/

Yes I'm on the latest firmware. I adjusted the gimbal roll and it helped straighten it. When I power it back up it keeps the setting. Is adjusting the gimbal roll a way to fix the horizon line?

Yes, if the gimbal calibration won't get it straight, then the gimbal roll will do it.
Jusmake sure you're on a perfectly level surface when doing any of the aircraf calibrations.

Hi Patrick,

Unfortunately, my dealer not want to be responsible. He says that I have to send and pay € 100 per shipment. (Also it says that it is I who speak to the media not him).

I must claim.
