I notice a slight resistance when spinning one of the motors. It's not a lot but it does feel different then the others.  I've only had the P3 for 3 weeks. They seem ok when they are on. No weird noises. I feel it more if I spin it very slow. Should I be concerned?

I have a P3Pro. I noticed the same thing when I got mine (back in May). I called the dealer and he tested several in the shop and they all showed the same result. That one motor just feels like it has a solid detente. The other three have a slight "click" feeling to them, but turn easier.

Mine has worked like that thru several hundred flights!

Thank you for your feedback! That's exactly what my P3S does! I feel much better now knowing that you've done hundreds of flights without a problem.
