My Phantom 1 has had a period of inactivity,
when I went to start it at first could not get engine start, but a hook up to assistant and recalibrate sorted that out.

Now it rotates anticlockwise quite strongly on lift off even in GPS mode. I recalibrated the compass but it hasn't had any noticeable effect.
it's correctible (just) with almost full yaw stick left, but very difficult to control!

Any Ideas?

Re-calibrate Tx stix, your yaw stick is backwards!!

Do an advanced IMU calibration in the Naza Asst.....

Nah not backwards at all. LoL I see why you said that now... it required full yaw stick right! My bad
The controls aren't reversed they are biased.
I did managed to fix it within a coupla hours of posting, it was still unusual though.
I did a TX calibration after which the assistant was showing the bias.
Rebooted the thing and bias disappeared and controls seemed normal in an indoor test
