Hi, try to do the following steps:
1) Power on the Osmo fisrt.
2) Try to connect the wifi of Osmo.
3) Open the DJI GO app and wait for the "Enter camera view" button becomes blue, if it's still gray, try to close the app and enter the app again.
4) Try to shut down the Osmo and power it on again.
5) Try to forget the Osmo wifi network and input the password and enter it again.
6) Try to reset the Osmo wifi setting, reset to factory setting and then test both 2.4G and 5.8G bands. |
