Good day all,

I have been flying mostly with an iphone and now with an ipad.

When I downloaded the app on the ipad I managed to synchronise the flighs I did before with the iphone.

But now if I fly with one device, the flight log won't go on the other device even if i synchronise from the cloud icon.

How can I do to have the same logs on both device?

And an other question, why some flights have a green dot on the left and some don't?

Please confirm your flight records are synchronized . If the flight record is synchronized , there will be a white cloud on the upper right of the record . The greed dot means you haven't read the flight record .

No actually it's not white, it has 2 rotating arrows on it.

Then I believed the flights are not synchronized...

But when I hit that cloud and start the sync, it does the synchronisation then when 100% is reached, the app just goes back to my flight records and the cloud stays the same.

Btw I had to deal with the after sales technicians in Hong Kong and was very satisfied by the service, especially by Una Song who was very quick and helpful

That's the cloud on the upper right of the screen  . There should be a cloud on the upper right of each  flight record , if all your flight records are synchronized . Could  you  please post a screenshot of your flight record screen ?

Ok my mistake.
Each cloud on the upper right of each flight record is white.

I just did a flight with the ipad and one with the iphone.
I synchronised the ipad then the iphone. I have the iphone fligth on ipad but not the aother way around.

As well I dont have have all the flight on the new device but I have the correct total flight time...
