Update is harmless as long as customers upgrade the product in the right way. Sometimes, it's not the firmware itself that caused the failure, the hardware malfunction, customers interrupt the process manually can also resulted in the failed update. We will never let the customers undertake the price of update failure, so we always provide the free repair for update failure to customers although it might caused by the incorrect operation of the customers. Please think about the repair cost of this company, there is no doubt that we want to improve the stability of the firmware and guide the customers to operate correctly.
