Good night, updated the system and the RC, I have not sign with my APP, which was also updated. the whole system works but is not transmitted image to the APP. please what I have to do?

Hi , Could you please give us some more detail ? Are you using a Phantom 3 Pro or Phantom 3 Adv , or a Phantom 3 Standard ?  Is your App version up to date ? Is there any warning in the App ?

I have same issue on my new never flown phantom 3 pro. I emailed dji they told me to go back to 1.5 firmware to see if that helps. I havent tried this yet

Hi! Exact same issue. Loosing video feed at 20-30 meters with "no signal" message. Tried reseting IMU, gimbal, relink, deleted and reinstalled app, compass, etc.etc. Getting video feed back when landing (without turning off or nothing, just comes back on just when i land). Have latest firmware on both craft, remote and app. Phantom 3 advanced - iPhone 6s!

I have the same issue when i upgraded Phantom 3 to 1.1.6. I even recorded it. I reinstalled firmware, Go App, reset RC and re linked it but still the problem persisted. I downgraded firmware again to 1.1.5. I am just worried that it may not be compatible with the upgraded batteries. Really hope that someone can help.

I went back to firmware to 1.05.0030 and returned to communication with the camera. I will fly with him soon and come back later to tell you how it was.

Please try downgrade it to 1.5.3 and upgrade the aircraft firmware again .
