We purchased the Phantom 3 Advanced and it seems we are having the same issues. We are unable to see the Camera Video view and also the upgrade to the firmware fails, no matter how many times we try, or re-format the SD card, or what order we turn on the RC and the Aircraft and the Galaxy S5 phone.
I've copied below a couple of log files that came from the SD card, one if the file that shows the failure and the other is the hidden file. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Nothing worse than spending all that money and I can't see video or upgrade the firmware. At first I thought my machine was bad, but now that I see a lot of issues in this forum, I'm not so sure.
I also noticed that when I bring up my DJI GO App, it defaults to the Phantom Pro and I have the advanced and I can't seem to change it, not sure that matters.
