There certainly are currently no "sanctioned" third party batteries. I'm unaware of any 3rd party batteries at all!
there are possibly some knock-offs but even that seems unlikely as the battery is firmware dependent.

Sorry but it's not recommended to use third party batteries on your aircraft . This could void your warranty .

The Phantom 3 series all use the Intelligent Flight Battery, meaning it has a processor incorporated into the battery to manage the charge and discharge phases. Anyone producing a knock-off would have to duplicate that processor and its operation, and that is highly, nay totally, unlikely. Don't risk your Phantom for the sake of a few dollars, because DJI will not honour the warranty if you crash with one.

Are these batteries " smarter " than the p2v+ intelligent batteries ?

Much more "smart"

Don't use Third party batteries ,  you are going to save some dollars but , then you are going to have to spend lots of money when you crash
there is no warranties , also  remember that you are flying and any failure counts in every fly .  is not like an RC CAR   also  think about the damage that you can do if your phantom falls when is people or cars around

Just buy several DJI batteries. It will be worth it.

If there even was a 3rd part battery, what if your new Phantom crashed, you would be 100% responsible even if was a equipment failure and not pilot error.
