The cyan light means the RC is still in updating process  .  

Sorry you are having so much trouble.  I think you should take it back where you bought it or send it in for repair.  You have
really struggled with this.

Are you downloading the correct file?  You own a Phantom 4k correct and not a Phantom Professional ...

Donnie, the Phantom 4k is the Phantom3 Pro. Although the new Phantom announced yesterday is called Phantom3 4k.

Let's try this if you haven't already. if your RC has 1.5 and the aircraft is 1.6 than that is the latest firmware for both.
Try a hard reset of the remote, then relink the controller to the aircraft. Also delete the app and reinstall (sync your flights to the cloud first)Then after all that, let me know what happens.

I see in your first post that you tried the hard reset., Are you able to get the the About page in the general settings to see what version the aircraft is currently on.
You said the RC is 1.5 and the aircraft 1.6, if so then there is no upgrade required.

I dont want to muddy up the waters here any more.  best of luck on this one.  I think it is a coummunication challenge.

  I think you should follow DJI Kens advice..  He posted about 4 posts above this.  Do the reset and then do your updates.
Make sure you are doing the correct update procedure for a Phantom 3 Professional. Watch the videos.
Can you borrow a friends I pad or couputer  and load the dji app and try and do your upgrades?

Maybe the problem is in your phone ?


Follow Kens advice.  Reset things and Begin fresh.

I really hope you get this solved, I am almost ready to fly to Puru to get this handled!
