Beautiful area!  But from my viewpoint in NW Florida it's too cold for me.  I never saw snow until I went in the Army (raised in Miami) and my first weekend at Ft. Hamilton in Brooklyn, NY I was amazed.   I was teased by the other guys about running outside in a tee shirt.  It didn't take me long to realize I needed to get out of the polar regions and back to Florida but it took me 3 years to get back.  Haven't missed it since and that was 50 years ago.
