Good day , I have a serious problem with my OSMO not use Monday smoothly extracted 16GB SD card , and download the videos, yesterday try to use it again and found the message invalid SD card on app screen, buy other 32 GB and 64 GB nor functioned not understand that happens , the remaining functions are well OSMO does everything pans tilt recenter selfie , calibrate .still read the SD card and format of all possible ways and still not working.please help.

Does the original SD card that came with the Osmo? Are your other DC cards Class 10 or UHS1, that is the requirement.

When i recieve the OSMO from my boss that have a Lexar 633x 16GB MicroSD HC1 and work propertly.  After failure i try to use a SanDisk Ultra 64GB microSD XC1 and a Kingston 32GB microSD HC I all that have a small 10 inside a C.

i format that memory in my computer in FAT, ExFAT and NTFS, don´t work, a try to format in OSMO and APP says invalid SD Card, and using tha APP to try to format but always says "SD card formatting falied".

I am sorry that you are still having the issue, you may have to return it for warranty repair. I will email a tech and see if I can find any solution.

You have the correct information there, you need to get a ticket and RMA started with DJI USA at that email or phone number and they will start the process for you. Tell them you have already done all the troubleshooting you can and it needs to come in for repair.
You can also tell them that DJI-Ken has verified with the camera technician that your Osmo needs to come in for warranty repair.

Good morning Mr. Ken , I've been waiting five days to recieve more information to send OSMO to Los Angeles, I have a ticket number (#249001), but they told me in a email what Mr. Eduardo T. would contact me. I need an address to send and how to send the details of OSMO , it takes everything that came in the box or only the gimbal and handle . My boss urgent repair .

We are worry about the end of the warranty.

Just send the Osmo and the handle, keep all the accessories and the battery. Just make sure it's packed well.

I too have had this problem with a selection of cards all of which are class 10. A card I have been filming with will suddenly come up with the error so I cannot reformat the card. Changing to another card will clear the error but then it may reoccur with that card. Putting the other "invalid SD card" back in the camera it will now work. It only seems to happen after filming for some time and I do not think it happened before the "limiting fan noise" firmware upgrade, so I am wondering if it is an over heating problem.

I've constantly had this issue over the weekend. By ejecting the sd card while the unit is on and then reinstalling it seemed to do the trick.

Try formatting the SD card and also using the one that it came with.

The issue could be the type of format used... try to format it on a different platform then DJI GO App, for instance try to format on a Mac or Windows using a FAT format, it had worked for me
