I recently purchased a Phantom FC40 but now with the Anniversary sale have upgraded to the DJI Phantom 3 Stanrdard. How will I go about transfering the FC40 that I registered, and then registering my new P3 standard?
Is it even necessary?
Does the new owner of the FC40 that I sold need to register the Drone waya from me?

any help or insight owuld be appreciated?

When you registered you didn't register a particular drone. You registered yourself. Just remove your registration number from the old drone and put it on your new one.
