Dear Community.

Since i need those flight records to get the gimbal and camera direction i used to copy and analyze them from my device storage

Since 2 weeks there seems to be a Problem, because anytime i fly there is no FlightRecord written to my device storage.

i can watch the flightrecord in the app and so can i upload them to the cloud, but it wont be written to the phone storage as it used to do bevore?

anybody who can help me there?

If you can 1) watch the flight replay in the GO App, and 2) sync the records to the cloud, then they are on your local mobile device.

What mobile device are you using?
What are you using to locate and find the records on your device?
Where/what folder path are you looking for the records?

ok guys solved the problem probably

it seems to be a Problem of the MTP connection between the tablet and the PC

Solution:
Go into Settings ----> storage -----> USB-Connection----> turn of MTP---> turn on again

sometimes this works (most of the time)

but if not, reboot the device.

Excellent! Thanks for the feedback and solution.

Just for reference, on the android Go App, the Flight Record txt files are stored in Device Storage > DJI > dji.pilot > FlightRecord folder. My Note4 has a system app called My Files that lets you browse to the folder if needed.
