I just got the X5 camera from DJI.
Installed it and so and boom, it comes... Check video please.

Is this normal with the X5 cam? The X3 is much more fluid! I changed it back to the X3, and it's perfect!

Firmware updated, checked with more devices, reinstalled DJI GO, and so...


Any ideas?

Hello,

I'm using 4K 24FPS, and did the gimbal and focus calibration. That's it?

Mine was doing this as well on my last shoot. Everything was calibrated and I was in the middle of nowhere with no electronics around so interference wasn't an issue. I'm doing another shoot today, I will update here if  come up with a solution at all.

If the X3 works fine in the same location that it could be the camera.
Can you try it outside and see what happens, also you can slow the video transmission quality and use custom and try a different channel.

I talked to the camera guy and he said that if nothing helps when you are outside it may be the camera.
But, I just tested the X5 and X3 and there is a tiny lag in the live video. I'm also in an area with tons of electronic interference. But is is strange that you X3 is perfect and the X5 has a tiny stutter.
If your able to, make a comparison video so the tech can see the difference

Ken, I have a curious information on crashes in the image.

At about two months began to freeze my image in the mini ipad 2. I tried all possible configurations and did not improve at all. Saturday I decided to open the "nose" to see if there were any loose cable or something. There was nothing loose, just looked and closed. When I tested again magically no longer had any lag.

Yesterday flew and went to 1.5km away and not frozen. I do not know what happened! Just did this and gave no lag.

Okay, I uploaded a comparison. You can see the X3 latency compared to the X5. Same enviroment, no radio devices nearby indoor. Same as outdoor!Check here:
