When I try to unlock a zone on the DJI website, I am prompted to enter either credit card info or a phone number. When I enter my number and hit send to get an activation code, it returns me to the map and no code is sent. When I click to enter credit card info, I am unable to input any numbers. I have tried on both Chrome and Safari. Has anyone had any success in doing it?

Yes, it works without problem to me. If you enter phone number, make sure you enter it correctly.

Hi Matt, i'm having the same issue. I wonder if there is just a problem with the website today

Just enter any number as serial and a virtual fake number to receive SMS - works perfectly.  

Anyway I will not install this crap.

You can try to do it on your phone. Did you try another computer?
