Do they use other shippers besides fed ex?

I don't know the answer to your question, but I would recommend Amazon, B&H Photo or Best Buy.

I bought from DJI directly, it was a great experience. no problems what so ever arrived in 3days.

Well I bought some propellers from the Dji store,they are sitting at the fed ex warehouse can't pick them up on Saturday they are closed,Also they need someone to sign for the package.if delivered to home. I will never buy anything that ships fed ex ever again
