I have a P3S and run the latest firmware and DJI Go app (version 2.6.0) and use an iPhone connected to the RC.

All the videos are visible in the Library on the Go app and can be played back on my iPhone when the phone is disconnected from the RC/P3, but not the photos.
They don't show up in the app nor in the DJI folders in the photo album on the iPhone.
(I have granted the Go app permission to my pictures on the iPhone.)

Because you have enabled the vide cache, so videos that are stored are at 720p. I prefer disable this option because if cache are disabled the video on your device is more fluid (especially on older devices).

For pictures (and video if you disable cache) you can download it directly on your device in Library: click on the icon at right corner and than on onboard SD while you are still connected at the Phantom
