DJI sent me an email with a replacement offer for a fly away P3P and I accepted it and sent the required info but have heard nothing. Tried phoning and can only get tech support who can do nothing about sales.
What is your ticket number and I will have somebody get back to you as soon as possible. Also, when did they send you that email because it can take up to a few days for them to respond to your email.

You can also call them again right now and ask why you haven't received an email since Monday. But you probably want to get everything done today since Monday is a holiday so you only have a few more hours left to take care of everything
