Anyone have recommendations for a set of goggles that will work with an iPhone 6S plus? I am not looking to spend a fortune, but want a set that the larger phone will work with and are somewhat comfortable. Willing to do mod if necessary for the lightening cable.

I have to disagree on this one.  I have a set of Fatshark Dominator 3's and a set of the Google Cardboard goggles you put your cell phone in.  The cardboard setup is far and away better than the Fatsharks.  They give a 70 degree field of view as opposed to the 40 for the Fatshark.  They let you control gimbal tilt,  which the fatshark won't do with the Phantom,  and they cost only about 25 bucks.
