[size=14.6667px]I tried[size=14.6667px] to update my new phantom3 standard with the last bin 1.3.5,but always update failed...i tried with some different sd formatted many times and re-download bin file..anyone has any suggestions?

P3S doesn't upgrade with bin files.  Its all OTA through the Go app.

It fails ota upgrade...i've download P3C_FW_V01.03.0050.bin and i put on SD

You have to update it through the app. No need to use SD. Also make sure you delete those bin files from the SD card before you start updating

how can i update it throught the app?i can't see any wifi drone network,so i can't connect with app to my drone...hiw can i update?

@n3dv3d, you just need to be connected to internet and the DJI GO app will prompt for the firmware upgrade - of course the drone need to ON first.

I haven't phantom wfi in the list of available wifi network so the app can't linked with drone...

Standard line uses the DJI Gp app for download and install.
If you are still having issues with the Standard, here are the steps.
Install the DJI go app (iOS or Droid)
Turn your remote on
NOTE: Password and Phantom WiFi SSID is located on the back of your remote.
Go to your WiFi setting and choose the Phantom3_XXXXXX and enter the password (yes you can change the password).
Launch to DJI Go app and turn on your Phantom 3 (click then click hold 2 seconds on battery)
You will get a notification to update the firmware, choose to download.
Now here is the trick, if you are using the app that does not have a cellular signal, you will have to switch back to you Internet based WiFi then back to the DJI go app to download the firmware.
After the download you can then install.

Have you tried resetting the WiFi.
Also, where did you get the BIN file that you used from ?

Do you have a new bin file for standard phantom 3?may be is corrupted the bin file?

The remote control is the Wifi.The DJI Go app just needs internet connection and will prompt you to download the latest firmware.  After that, when you connect to your Phantom 3 it will prompt you to install the latest firmware.

Hi,i know remote control is the wifi,but i don't have any wifi phantom network for connect with dji app...so it's a remote control problem?when open my app i have always and only "how to connect" button...

And your also tried to rebind the aircraft, regardless you still still be able to get the RC connected to your device through WiFi.
So in the settings page of your phone you do not see a Phantom WiFi signal when you have the RC turned on?
If that's the case then somehow the WiFi module in the RC must not be working. That's very strange and I've never heard that before, but if you cannot see it in the network even after resetting the WiFi then you need to send it in for repair.And the aircraft firmware is updated through WiFi and NOT the SD card slot with a BIN file.

is the part that is yelling at me.

Like its losing the connection during the check. I just don't get it.

I mean after turning on controller and bird, I pull up my phone and go to wifi and the phantom always shows, connect and app then connects.

Nothing to do...after turning on controller and bird l,always no show any phantom wifi...do you believe required a repair center? Someone can post last bin from yours phone for phantom 3 standard to try ultimate test with a different file?thank you

The part on the hidden file that says this... [00027893][07 00][00] device not detected. Must be the problem, this is what my drone is doing, no feedback whatsoever and always fails on firmware update attempt, I think if anyone can decipher this hidden file then the problem can be sorted!
