I have just purchased a Phantom 3 4K which I have had problems with , I have raised the problem with the Customer Service department, all I have had back is the confirmation email. It has now been over 2 days and I have had no further response from them despite further emails from myself. These are the 2 case numbers that have been allocated to my requests 170238/224394.
I also have a DJI Inspire which I have a query on and I emailed the EU customer service support yesterday morning, once again I got a reply straightaway to say it had been received and was being dealt with but since then I have not heard a thing.
I have used the online chat which was very good and they were helpful but they could not deal with my problems and queries and just told me to contact the relevant customer services which of course I had already done.
So sitting here waiting and very frustrated!!
