I´m a little bit confused!  
I´ve read somewhere in the forum that the lens filters for the Phantom 3 aren´t compatible with Phantom 4.
So today I´ve sold my Phantom 3 with them waiting for my new phantom 4 to arrive.
But, today I also read somewhere in the forum that they are compatible!
Does anybody knows?

Yes they are compatible.
My P3 filters fit perfectly on the P4.
The threads are the same size.

Sorry for that, the latest news is that due to the supplier change, there might be some filters can't be mount on the P4. So the compatibility is not sure until you get the Phantom 4.
