I apologize if this is covered in the FAQ, I checked for a post and couldn't find one.  Does anyone know the part number for the "Propeller Removal Clamp" ?  On my last flight a friendly observer stepped on and broke the one I had.  I need to see if I can order one.  Thanks,

The clamp is not necessary, you can actually mount it propeller firmly by hand. You can try to contact DJI technical support to ask if they can provide you this clamp.

I can get them on OK, but I have quite a bit of arthritis in my hands and it is difficult for me to get them back off.  I can't apply much pressure with my fingertips.  Thanks for the lead.  I will try to give them a call.

Phantoms come with propeller clamps? I have 3 and neither of them came with prop clamps.

Well my P3A came with a prop clamp, but I had no idea what it was when I took it out of the box. About a month later I saw somebody using one on YouTube and at that point I realised what it was!!! You may already have one without realising it.

Isn't that clamp for removing the camera lens cover? The propellers are just spin on and off.

Oh, I see. It's for holding the motor. From what I understand, you're not supposed to tighten up the props that tight, just snug them up.

the prop removal tool is used only or the props

If you cannot find one from your local hobby store, you can email support or call 818-235-0789 and with your proof of purchase of the aircraft and you can get another sent out to.

No, I know someone that tried that and cracked his.

Many of us didn't get such a device.  We have the older "wrench".  Only the newer ones that came with new motors (I believe) have the gripper shown above.

Call Tuesday AM and ask if it's possible to get another one. They will ask you questions and from there let me know if you got another one.

If you know someone with a 3D printer, they can probably replicate the clamp for like a dollar.

Mine broke the first time I used it. I emailed DJI support and got no answer.  I then went to chat with tech support.  After wasting a good bit of time, they sent me to the store saying it was not a tech issue. I contacted the store and they told me it was a tech issue and I should chat with them.

Finally I emailed support, gave them all the info requested and proof of purchase. That was about a week ago. I have heard nothing from them. The dron was only two weeks old when it happened. It scares me to think that if this is the service I get on a little plastic accessory what will it be like if something serious happens.

Since you are in the US, please call tomorrow at 7am and see what they can do.
