Heard on another site that Apple Stores were selling Phantom 4s today.  Just checked my local Apple Store and sure enough.. They've got'em and selling them...

Yup! The superior mode of purchase after all.

As long as you don't actually need to fly it yet.  But they can at least look at it and take some pics of their paperweight.

In my area all we have is Simple Mac. They do not have them for sale. Hope Apple starts shipping very soon.

They have had them on their sites in US and Canada within the day of the announcement.

Nope,  you can go down to the Apple Store today and pick it up.  I talked to their "associate". Said I could pay for it over the phone and pick it up tonight....
