Just a quick question is the Phantom 4 using Lightbridge Version 2? or something else

I know the original version of the Inspire had a great version of lightbridge and then some time later DJI released Lightbridge V2

I believe it's a modified version of light bridge 1 which means it has the same range as light bridge 2 but only gives you 720 not 1080 live view, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

It's not Lightbridge 1 or 2.
It's the same version of Lightbridge that the P3 uses

It uses the same Lightbridge as the P3.

Like I said a modified version of the first lightbidge, remember when the range magically went from 1 and a half miles to 3.1 miles shortly after light bridge 2 came out?

Confusing if you ask me, in the p4 they are quoting a hell of a distance that can be travelled further than the Inspire... All I was asking is for some fact that maybe I had missed while looking at the DJI web site

What I love about these forums is when you ask a question that DJI don't want you to ask all the DJI employees or forum admin go quiet, the truth will not be known

Confusing?

What is there to be confused about?
Go to dji.com and check the specs.
The quoted distance for the P4 and the Inspire are identical.
Max Transmission Distance        FCC Compliant: 3.1 mi ( 5 km );
CE Compliant: 2.2 mi ( 3.5 km )( Unobstructed, free of interference )

Perhaps that's fact the I had missed while looking at the DJI web site
