A bit nerve racking but went well. So much to learn but what an enjoyable way to "relax". First use of auto return to home tested my nerves lol but let it run and went a dream.Try to upload one of the vids tomorrow, can't seem to do it now just comes up with a forum error "upload failed"
For what it's worth the vid here of "10 don't do's" was invaluable. Thanks to the person that put it up for newbs like me.
Also, here are some additional things to put into mind when flying.Make sure your RTH (return to Home) fail safe height has been adjusted.
Make sure to practice quite often in an open area before try to set sail beyond your confort zone.
Also, if for any reason your DJI Go app loses signal, crash or a disconnection, you can use your remote toggle to inact the RTH feature.

Welcome to the drone club!
Tom's Tech time has some great stuff help you learn.https://www.youtube. ...
Thanks people and microcyb much appreciate the agdditional information.
Yes for now just open space practice for this newb. I feel a simple pre-flight checklist is what I need for now to ensure basic must do's are set/done before take off. In particular the likes of setting the home position and as you suggest ensure RTH height is adequate. A task in progress.....

Apologies for the typos, no glasses on yet.
Slowly getting there. If you turn on subtitles theres a little data on the flight. It was in Nth Jakarta Indonesia on the weekend.

Not brave enough to let it out of my sight yet lol. Happy to just get familar with it all first. Mostly spend time using failsafe and emergency aspects until it becomes intuitive. Thanks for the early assistance it helped greatly.
