After several of my flying sessions during which multiple videos were recorded, ONE of the videos will sometimes show 1/1/2008 as the file date.  Other videos from the same flying session have the correct date.

I can change it with software on the computer, but what the heck?
The memory card I'm using is a Sandisk 16G... I have re-formatted it with the computer and also with the DJI phone app, and have still seen this behavior after each.

Any ideas?

This can happen if you shut down the phantom either before the camera, or don't allow enough time for the download to take place.  You must first stop recording and allow a few seconds for the buffer to download to the memory card before shutting the phantom down.
  Also I would recommend using a high quality  class 10 card to ensure speed and integrity. The slower the chip the longer the upload. Do not buy "cheap cards off the web they can be fake, slow and usually not the capacity stated.
