Tried to go in and purchase a Phantom 4 at my local apple store. Wanted to ask what they do if product is DOA, or defective. like exchange, etc. Except no one would talk to me. Usually apple has good customer service, but all the employees seemed to ignore me. they were too busy talking to each other in training sessions with new employees it looked like. I tried to scan the Phantom 4 on the shelf my self with their self checkout app, but it said I had to see a specialist. Tried to scan a battery to buy to get their attention, but that said it was not on file. I stood by the display looking awhile longer at the box. I was surprised how light it was (new to drones) Nice box, seemed like a good handle. But that's as far as I got. After there for another 10 minutes looking at employees with a drone, I had to put it back and walk out. I think my apple store in Indiana doesn't want to sell DJI stuff, and only interested in the phones. Maybe they get commision/prizes for selling the most apple stuff, but DJI items are not part of the equation and no one want to help you out. If I would have picked up a phone, ipad, or played with a watch, I would have had a swarm of apple salespeople on me. Guess I'll have to wait till Best Buy has them or order one from B&H.
