I have a problem with the DJI phantom 3 advanced. After a month of use without problems, now when I connect the phone to the remote control and the phantom live image is purple and grainy. the phantom is updated to the latest firmware v1.7.0060 and rc 1.5.7. Other people have this problem? What can I do to solve it? Attach image to better understand. Thank you.

Check all of your cables first. They're are on the top of the gimbal. Use a very small screwdriver and pull them off one at a time and then just reconnect them. There is a little tab that you have to push in on the connector to pull them off. Then inspect the ribbon cable and the connectors going from there. I had a similar issue quite awhile ago and it was just a bad connection from one of the cables.
