I took delivery of my new Phantom 4 last week and the Battery will not charge.  Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get it replace.

Can you please explain why you say it is not charging.
If your battery is almost fully charged, you do have to power it on then plug it in and that will get it full y charged. Was this the issue, or is it something else?

We have done this but the green power light is on and the green led next to it just keeps flashing.

And you are pushing the battery button once quickly then immediately pushing it again and holding it for a few seconds?
If you still cannot power the battery up then you can contact the support center for an exchange.

BUT, if you can please take a video of trying to power it up, I'm hoping that you are just not doing the sequence correctly.
Also, what is the temperature you are trying to power it up in. It may also be that you are outside of the operating temperature. If the light closest to the power button blinks fast twice, that means the charging temperature is too low. And if it blinks fast three times, that means the charging temperature is too high.

Also I sent an email to support yesterday and have had no reply.  DJI Support service is very poor!!!

I have spent £1200 on a drone that I cant use!

Record a clip with your cell phone and upload it to YouTube and post a link.
You are trying to power it in in not too cold or hot of a loacation correct?

i just buy a ronin m, but the batteries has not signal of charge, what can i do? i have tried charging but there is not level indicator, would you help me?

What was the resolution?  I am having the same issue.

I have the issue with my remote controller battery not charging. Sounds like DJI has an issue with their battery manufacture. DJI will tell you to send the item back to them for repairs, which is Unsatisfactory I didn't spend $1400 to have my remote controller sit in DJI's repair shop before I have even had a chance to fly the aircraft.

I agree customer service and their online chat are the worst...
