After flying the Phantom 3 Pro for almost 19 hrs in a week with over a million feet flown. I went to take it out for an evening flight when I received an ESC Status Error followed by a faulty controller from trying to restart the aircraft over and over again to no avail. I was reading on this forum and others I thought I was in for a good ringing from DJI. To my amazement DJI not only paid for shipping and fixing but they had it shipped back within 3 days of being checked in. That to me is great customer service. To bad the product had to be shipped in so soon. I hope the Inspire 1 is a little more stable because thats what I'm saving up for next. Thanks again DJI team.
