Hi,
I bought my ph4, whit Djicare. The package arrived in my Office 7days ago. I try The ph4 20 minutes.
When i opened the package, i was convinced There was a box of DJiCare like apple care. There is nothing I thought that was already active .. Yesterday i Opened casually my spam box in my Mail.. And i found two Mail of djicare.. Now i cant activate it.. What can i do?
I think it's really ridiculous activate an insurance via a code by email. is not easy to put the code inside the package? I purchased several items and they arrived with several boxes. backpack still has not arrived ..

have you ever tried to activate DJI Care through http://store.dji.com/dji_care_infos/active this page?

Please contact djicare@dji.com and provide them your serial numbers. I'll make sure that the will solve it for you asap
