Hello I have a new Samsung tablet: model SM-T230NU wiFi
I turn on wifi and go to the play store and when I open up the dji-go app to download it I get the YOUR DEVICE IS NOT COMPATABLE WITH THE PHONE VERSION,,, help its a new tablet just for the phantom I bought

Check the @DJI approved device list for a definitive selection.
If you can't download the app, the device is likely not going to be able to handle the processing power needed by the Go app.

I've got a samsung galaxy s3, it does the download alright but doesn't work and goes down during flight...

I had that message, but installed all the updates on the tablet, rebooted and retried and it downloaded fine. Tablet is old and too slow to use, but the app worked (Galaxy Tab 2.0 7")

@terrygar      On your tablet, go to Dji.com. select the phantom you have and under downloads, you can download the apk
