Wondering what is the MSX flight distance other have gotten with the Phantom 3 Pro.
I am around 43,000 feet total flight out and back. Thats just over 4 miles.
Wanted to also see if anyone has ever done just a straight line flight with a buddy downrange, ready to pick up control when you loose signal?

I am planning to do a 12 mile straight flight and Youtube Stream it later this week...using someone downrange with a second remote. With a 15 MPH tailwind, and ATTI mode I get a 16 minute flight. That translates to 13.3 miles of potential range, since she hits 50 MPH with a 15 MPH tailwind. Pretty sure its going to be a record...but I wanted to see if anyone else has done anything like this. And don't worry, its being done in a farm area, away from people and houses. Plus on the 4 mile flight I never went higher and 250 feet...

ohh, that sounds  super risky...

How do you plan to get around the fact that a Phantom cannot be bound to two different RC units?
