I have been flying my Phantom for a few months before discovering how active this forum is, so in the GO App I never synced my flight records. When browsing my profile I noticed there were different levels you can achieve the more you fly. Since I have a couple hours of flight time now since I have gotten it I thought I would sync all of my flight records and then see where that put my level at on the forum. For some reason I'm still at a zero even though it has been a few days since I synced the records. I made sure twice that they had synced correctly, and that I am using the same account on this forum as I am on the app.

Any thoughts on what might be going on?

The cloud sync functionality on the iOS GO App was just fixed with the 2.7.1 DJI GO App release so your records should now sync properly on both the Android and iOS platforms.

However,  the Medals & Levels has been broken since the 1st of the year. DJI has been notified:
