Hi there
Just received my Phantom 4
Had a few great flights (love it) anyway after popping out the SD card a few times to retrive my Pictures and Videos the card keeps popping out I have since put some clear tape over it to hold it in place.
Does it have to go back to DJI for repair? Im I going to be without it for weeks? Im I going to have to pay shipping back? My only thought is Its NEW I should just get a full replacement cost me nothing not even shipping. I guess Im going to find out Thanks

I am sorry that this has happened, are you able to make a quick video with your cell phone showing that it cannot lock in? Upload it to YouTube and post the link here and I will forward it on.
And yes, if in fact the SD card will not stay in then you will need to send the aircraft back for repair.
It will not take weeks and the shipping is covered and insured both ways.

I've spoken to a rep and they will be contacting you shortly.
Where did you purchase it from?If you purchased from DJI then you have a 7 day refund and 15 day exchange and DJI will pay for the shipping if it's within that time frame.
If you purchased from Apple or elsewhere and are outside of their return policy then you will have to pay for shipping for warranty repair.
Just include your proof of purchase and you'll be good since yoyu said it was new.
Also try another SD card, hopefully it will work with a different SD card. If not then it will have to come in for repair.

Hi Ken I Received it Mar 28th 2016 April 1 is when it started popping out so Its within a week so It would be nice to get replacement I purchased though DJI web site

I think the 15 exchange would be the quickest turn around after all its brand new. I can ship it back when you receive it send out new one.

Yes I have supplied all the information they asked for in there email including the order number of my DJI purchase.

It has been exchanged and is on it's way back to you.
The FedEx tracking number is in your ticket if you want to view it. If you cannot, I just emailed it to you.
