I have heard a few people who bought the Mini GPS SMS GPRS tracker RF-V16 on ebay. I ordered one and am waiting for it to arrive. I'll let you know how it goes but from what people have said you just need to grab a pre paid cell phone sim and set it up. There are some positive youtube reviews if you want to look but for $45 I figured it was well worth the investment.

I will say Gerry1124 has an excellent point that you should always try to keep your phantom within view but I like the extra layer of tracking ability also.
