Just to add to that, with still photography the speed of the card is not an issue, but if you are shooting 4K video, then the card must have a WRITE speed of better than 60 Megabits/second. If it is slower, it will not keep up with the recording process. My recommendation is for the Sandisk Extreme or Extreme Pro series of cards, not the Sandisk Ultra, it is too slow. As Labroides says, better a bunch of smaller cards. start at 16GB for video purposes, because if you start the camera before you lift off, then fly a full battery, you will use somewhere between 10 and 14 GB of space. |
