I want to know if i buy a new battery! will it come whit the last update on it?

because my birds still on 1,6 firmware and will not be update for now and i want to know if my battery will be ok for my p3p or if i will have to ubdate my bird?

i dont wanna update it before the end of my trip because in case of probleme i dont wanna loose few weeks of video and a third battery could really help on long day away from any source of electricity!!

I have just bought battery on last month.
And the firmware version is outdate, and it should be version prior to Dec-2015.
It should be quite high probability that is out date , when you buy it on retailer store.

i have used battery with outdated firmware. It is still allowed to fly.
