So my Inspire 1 arrived from DJI.COM but the Battery was dead on arrival. No green light when pressing the button even after an overnight charge.
So I emailed sales, they wer not interested as this was now deemed to be post sales.
I then contacted support by chat but it went to US, they said contact europe by email.
I then emailed EU support in Germany and they were all on holiday for the week, then was told to email the Netherlands.
Emailed the Netherlands and was told I had to fill out a form.
Filled out the form and returned.
They have now given me an address in the Netherlands for me to ship my Battery to. Also the Netherlands does not have a telephone number to contact.
So they are expecting me to pay to ship a battery from the UK to the Netherlands that was DOA? Also the RMA is marked as awaiting payment.
To be honest DJI support is terrible, I now wish I had not purchased directly from DJI.
Is it possible to have a proper conversation with anybody rather than continually getting machine generated emails.
