Hi,
Did you record the audio under the WiFi circumstance of 2.4GHz or 5.8GHz?  (Our engineers will have a look at your original audio file, but before that, we would confirm that question with you firstly.)
Since the Osmo may not be compatible with all the Mic, you'd better use following recommended Mic for a better audio quality:
Sennheiser MKE400
Sony ECM DS70P
Rode VideoMic Pro
Rode VideoMicro
Mymyk Smartmyk

Thanks for your reply!
Because the Osmo will emit the WiFi signal no matter the mobile device is switched on or off, so the recording may still be interfered.
Could you please try to record audios under 2.4G and 5.8G separately? We'll wait for your further test results for a better judgement.
Thanks for your cooperation!

* Just a reminder: you can switch the WiFi frequency in Gear setting->Wi-Fi setting in the DJI GO App (please make sure that your mobile device is compatible with 5.8G WiFi)

Its differnt between 2.4G and 5. With 5G it works fine. (See attached file)

I'm glad to hear of your further feedback!
If it's OK in 5.8GHz WiFi, then I'm afraid the problem you came cross before is out of the 2.4 GHz WiFi interference, please try to change to another place of a stable and clean 2.4GHz WiFi environment or change the 5.8GHz to do you job.
