I'm getting an "upgrade failed" warning with Assistant 2 app.  The Phantom 4 XXX.0288 firmware downloads ok then fails.  Any ideas what's wrong?

Finally got it to work.  Mac version of Assistant 2 app fails to upgrade but Windows version works.

Hello, is it the latest version of DJI assistant 2? Have you tried to use the DJI GO APP to upgrade your drone via OTG cable?

Yeah, latest version of Assistant 2.  Got it to upgrade to X.0288 without a problem using the Windows version of Assistant 2.  The Mac version failed every time after download.

The current P4 firmware is 01.01.0301 and RC is 1.6.0

Hello, I have a similar problem. I managed to upgrade the RC by APP DJI GO, I could not update the Phantom Aircraft by 4 APP DJI GO, download pause constantly.
I tried another alternative, which was to update the MACBOOK, came to download, but at the time of the update displays a "Failed Upgrade" message.
Now conisgo not use the Phantom 4, because the control commands to upgrade.

I couldn't get DJI Go app or the Mac version of Assistant 2 to work either.  The Windows version of Assistant 2  worked though, might try that if you have a PC.

Was latest version of App DJI GO, I think the problem was in the DJI server, the next day managed to install the APP DJI GO !!!

I'm having the same issue -- with both my iPhone 6 and my MacBook Pro. Both fail to download and install the firmware update on my Phantom 4 properly. I've tried nearly two dozen times with different Macs, wifi, 4G LTE and more.

I'm having the same with Mac!!! "Upgrade Failed"
I tried to connect the Phantom but does not go to "Camera View" and so I thought that it is necessary to update the firmware, but now I have the same your problem.

I'm having exactly the same problem,  I've already tried upgrading using the DJI app on an iPhone, an iPad a Mac and a PC. What else can be done to upgrade?
