Hi. I can't open the zip file that contains the fix that DJI assures me will give me audio on my Osmo (Firmware v1.4.1.80). My MacBook Pro is still running 10.6.8, Archive Utility only produced more zip versions of the file, and my old Stuffit Expander isn't working. Any ideas for unzipping the file? I have an important event on Sunday and need audio. Thanks, Dave

Please download the firmware v1.4.1.80 from our official website again: http://www.dji.com/product/osmo/info#downloads
You may need to re-install your Archive Utility or try in another PC.
