Should I send my P4 in for service?

I received my P4 last Friday. I took it out for its maiden flight on Monday. About 30ft away after taking off, I noticed a pixelation issue on the light bridge go app.  I continued to fly it out further and noticed the pixelation again so I flew it back to inspect the video footage from my SD card. Low and behold, the pixelation was on the SD card as well.  Faulty camera? I thought maybe it was the SD card so I swapped cards (Samsung 32gb pro HC class 10) and experienced the same pixelation problems. Now if it's a faulty camera, that's fine but why does it happen on Light bridge go app also? I had the antennas faced properly and it happened while I was standing behind the quad while it was on the street.  I'm terrified to fly the P4 now.  I fly my P3A the same route daily and have had no light bridge go app problems sending it out 1.5 miles over the water. Agreed with Adela, I think it needs to come in for service. Has it ever been crashed or really hard landing,
I am sorry that you are experiencing this,
Does it look like camera gimbal cables are ok?
It's like that also in the app because the app sees what the camera sees and it's not an issue with the SD card but something with the camera.

Ok thanks.  I'll get a ticket started.  And no, it's never been crashed, dropped or hard landings.  It barely has 20 minutes of total flight.

Didn't have to send it back to DJI after all.  I was able to do and even exchange at Best Buy where I purchased it from.
