Unable to link phone and Pham 4 help! Change USB already

iPhone 6 Plus and I already update frameware  and calibrate drone on desktop

Make sure that both RC and aircraft have power and you are using cable. If it's not connecting what does the DJI GO app display?

Or try beta version of ios.... Workwd for ne with the sane issue on ipad air 2

Both the RCAnd aircraft is on as the instruction read and but green light is on but on and off so it seem like they are communicating , but RC and my mobile device is not . I even try another iPhone and nothing.  It keep saying " how to connect"  I even upgraded to ISO 9.2 and nothing .. Unbelievable I think the USB port come broke out of the box.

Have the same problem, using iPad mini 4 on the phantom 4 and keeps telling me how to connect, I've done all updates. I've used note 4 and another iPad mini all works great, just not hooking up with iPad mini 4... I have the phantom p3a and p3p so I do have some experience in flying these birds, not a pro just enjoy flying. Thanks for any feedback

The green light on the RC should be solid green not flashing may need relinking!
