Hi just wondering if anyone can advise, I have a phantom 3 pro but when I take out sd card and put in my sd card reader for my phone I can only view the images there is no Videos, and If I use the app its of low quality right ? So any advice please ? Or steps on how to access the high quality footage ?

It may be that your phone is unable to display 4k video. Many can not.Try plugging the sd card into your computer.

It may relate to your phone's performance when you have recorded some 4K videos in the card. You can also download original videos of  1080P or lower resolution from the SD card via Library in DJI GO APP.

Ah right ok I see, how about on a iPhone 6s ? What is the best format to film video in ? Even videos from my standard won't show only photos do
