I'm looking the link so i can download the file to upgrade the P4.
This morning the in the overall status indicated that need to upgrade, to it start the upgrade of the filmware and the rc.
THE THE RC SIGNAL LOST !!!!
so i need to upgrade the P$4 or downgrade the RC filware, but on the DJI WEB PAGE, don't see the filmware option.

Download DJI Assistant from HERE.

Install DJI Asistant on your computer.

Connect P4 to computer using USB lead supplied with P4 (Micro USB connection on P4), power up P4.

Run DJI Assist, select P4 and then select to install upgrade.

Having the same problem. "RC signal lost"

Done that, but the DJI Assistant don't recognize the device,
have install the assistance twice and the driver.

I just open de program and connect the P4 ando nothing happened.

what's wrong?

You have powered up the P4 ?  Tried rebooting your computer ?

done all that
and nothing...

Hello, you can also upgrade your drone through DJI GO APP. When the app finishes the firmware downloading, please connect the drone and your phone/tablet via OTG cable. Then start upgrading.

Make sure you run the DJI assistant2 installer "as administrator" in windows......
