1. Please contact our sales specialist for the details about your new orders. Or you can email to onlinesales@dji.com or sales@dji.com directly. I am limited to deal with any sales issues, however, I would recommend checking the status on our normal working days from Monday to Friday.
2. The recent X5 adaptor is compatible with both X5 camera and X5R camera physically. However, each of them need a specific firmware to work correctly on the Osmo handle. Now the Osmo Pro firmware v1.1.0.10 which is only for X5_Osmo has been released, please check our official website at http://www.dji.com/product/osmo/info#downloads, or this thread: http://forum.dji.com/thread-50032-1-1.html. As for the firmware for X5R, it's still under process, please pay attention to our further update.
3. The mentioned Osmo accessories are not compatible with the X5 adpator because of the overweight of the X5 camera and the X5 adaptor. As you may know, the former released Osmo accessories are specially designed for X3 camera and the handle.
4. The Osmo Pro new firmware v1.1.0.10 only works on X5 camera with the handle and the adaptor. If you're trying to upgrade the other Combo, it will just do nothing on it.
5. When the X5R_Osmo firmware is released, the X5R camera would work correctly on the Osmo handle. Please wait for the further information!
