I unloaded my new Phantom 4 from the box and did the new firmware update to both the app and drone.  I am able to power up both the drone, controller, and my iPad which has the DJI app downloaded on it.  When I move both the controllers down and in to start the propellers, nothing happens???  

I'm not sure what to do??  Please help!!

Hi Matt! We need some more information about your issue? do you get the video transmission on a screen, can you control the camera pitch?
